If you're experienced enough and your PC can handle it, you can generate distant terrain and object LOD with xLODGen and DynDOLOD as well.
That saves me time
Something more complicated such as iEquip and Gamepad++ may need some testing. Any mods related to camera and FOV, such as Customizable Camera should work out of box, though I'd test them extensively first.
