Multiplayer UI not working

For Context, me and my friend have a company that we both use all the time, however I am the creator of it. This is the first time we have encountered this problem.
When we both join, whoever the host is, works perfectly fine, we can do everything. However, whoever joins second, whether its me or her, we cannot see / use UI. When driving, we cannot see the map, the time, the stops, etc. And even when NOT Driving, the TAB menu (map) and the ESCAPE menu (settings) cannot be seen, the only difference is the cursor becomes visible, however the actual menu's are unseen and do not work. Even small things like the bus stop timetables, or the garage, or bus dealership, ALL UI does not work.
