how edit routes ?

When i want edit routes i have error missing right not allowed to edit routers and when i want skip time i cant skip next hours . I can play only night I cant change time and play in day I DONT KNOW HOW I CAN END HIGH LIFE MISSION CONNECT OAKWOOD AND WEST OAKWOOD .i cant change routes .When this game will be fixed ???
