Will there be a bus simulator 2024?? or 2025????

Just wondering, are this game's developers still working on fixing bugs for this game? I can find some very noticeable issues here and there. Obviously, this isn't some cheap indy game made by one person, it's a brilliant and detailed bus sim that had a lot of effort put into it. Why does it feel like it's not fully tested?

From another post I saw somewhere here, this game is done and no more updates will be made. Bugs and all.

Damn, that's a shame. But I see that a developer recently posted a reply on this thread, maybe he can give an explanation for what happened. Is the company struggling? Are the devs too busy with other projects? Or is it simply because players didn't send them any bug reports thinking it would not make a difference?

So Mr PsychoCow, I politely request an explanation for why this bug-filled yet still fun game has been abandoned with no attempts to make it a finished product.

The game got supported with updates, new features wished by the community as well as new content for more than 2 years - including the huge Next Stop update offering numerous game improvements, a huge map extension as well as a new game mode for free. At some point, the development process had to find an end and the devs had to focus on other projects.

Thanks for the quick reply. So despite all the bugs still in the game, you had other things to do and had to stop working on this game? You couldn't at least make the speed limiter work as intended?

It's very disappointing that a promising game like this was on its way to perfection, you even spent over 2 years improving it in many huge ways, then it gets abandoned with its issues unfixed.

I agree with the general opinion, it doesn't cost much to say "we are working on a new project related to Bus Simulator"
the game has been followed for 2 years

I never saw the feature that I would have liked and many others "namely the management + cost of fuel and electricity of the buses"

If a bus simulator 25 releases this year and it is in london or malta, it would officially top the as the best bus game made!
