Q2. do passengers enter through every door?
A2 only if you open every door... and if you stop to far from them as they are standing way back from the bus stop , they will enter the nearest door unless they want a ticket which means they cue up at driver door...

Q3. Is there CG in bus? (meaning you can enable for passengers to open themself bus door)
A3 No You control every door manually so that you can give payment doggers fines ... as they try to leave the bus... Digital bus passes need to be checked to see if valid... you can set if you want digital prepaid bus riders only...

The game is a bus route management game with minor driving... Money earning is gate blocked behind the minimum driving needed so if you did not drive you never get paid so can't upgrade buses and routes and bus stops... Yes you have to upgrade the bus stops or you can't add more bus routes this forces driving to level up bus stops...

Wages and maintenance Is automatic... If you buy a new bus you automatically get the staff and people to run that new bus as a pay day fee.applied...

You run the company as a subcontracted manager/part-time driver... You work for the Services of the town that need passengers moved around the town. You're not your own boss. lol

It's bus conductor simulator. Open one door they all just walk in regardless. Some take a ticket others, just walk right past you. You spend most of the time out your seat at stops checking all the passengers. I've had 5 on a single decker without paying at ONE stop. £120 per passenger.
If you open the exit door, passengers will just bypass the front entrance door and some will use it. The whole point of a REAL bus.

Don't compare it to OMSI2. It's not in the same league. The only thing is it's modern; meaning it will run better because it's 64bit.
If they could sort the freeloaders then it would be realistic as per just being a driver taking fares/giving change. Instead it's -as i said- Bus Conductor Simulator.

Even in Omsi2 playing easy, passengers will either take a ticket or pay. Obviously you can't get up to check, but it was made as a 100% simulation, with passengers berating you for being late, the bus being too hot/cold or hitting vehicles, kerbs.
I own both Bus Sim 21 and 18. It's good for a bit of chill but it's gets seriously repetitive quickly as it's not countries as per OMSI2 DLC, but the same map that you build looped routes on. There's not internal temps, air con, or malfunctions, or even refuelling and certainly no dirt.

The coming upgrade may make it better. Wait and see

I own both games, omsi 2 offers more sophisticated models in my opinion omsi 2 its 100% better. My computer is burning when im playing bus simulator, even i can play gta 5 on max graphic with 80fps and more. Bus simulator 21 is pretty expensive. Main reason i bought this game is multiplayers, but its too much lagging and in one server there can be only 4 people. In omsi 2 You have line more then 1000 maps, bus models and other and if current map its borring then you can download new one.

Buy OMSI 2 it is much better.

If I hadn't played more than two hours, which you have to play for the tutorial, I would immediately request a refund. But i had played 4 hours :(.

Having played both games with a wheel setup, I can confidently say that driving in OMSI 2 is superior than in Bus Sim 21. BS21's driving physics sometimes feel a little more on the floaty side, they don't feel to be heavy or have any weight to them. But there's no real comparison between the two to be perfectly honest. OMSI 2 is definitely heavier on the simulation side, including climate control and such. BS21 on the other hand, is more on the Simcade aspect where only the necessities are simulated, but most other stuff is done for you or doesn't even matter.
