I see that under the video it says:
The connection method:
1. I use `virtual desktop` in my oculus quest 2
2. I use `opentrack` for track IR (not work on walk)
3. I play the game on 1600:1200 ~ 4:3 and FOV 110

Anyone know what Opentrack is? Never heard of it.

opentrack emulates head tracking with a headset in normal games, its not vr, its just controlling the game with your head movement

This is not actual VR. It just emulates VR on a flat screen. Not the same. I tried it and to me it just feels clunky and weird.

I thought about buying the bundle on Humble Bundle, but no VR in any of the games, so I will pass. At least we can install mods with buses and 1:1 scale maps for ETS2, which supports VR.

I didn't think it was on Unreal. I'll think about the bundle then. I have a lot of games in my backlog, though, so I'll see.

EDIT. It was in Prime Gaming for free in March, so I have it on Amazon App. The 18 version would probably perform better, as it's UE4. Maybe I'll test the Prime Gaming version first, as you can't buy DLCs for the Prime Gaming versions, so having it on Steam would be better.

So I tried it and the driving works really well in VR with UEVR mod, but there's a lot of bindings, a bit too many to bind everything on the steering wheel without keybind modifiers like in ETS2/ATS (they added them in 1.50). And clicking on the dashboard or on the cashier is not working well, as the cursor seen in VR doesn't match where you point on the screen, so I'll pass.

If you add a proper VR mode, or at least do it in your next game, I'll be more interested.
