advance time

so im doing the tutorial and have to advance time betwe3en 10pm and 12pm and then drive a route.

i must be dumb. how do i advance the time? i used the advance time feature but it always says "out of hours" for the route.

what am i doing wrong?

go in free play mode, advance the time to 10pm an then drive the route.

Out of hours just means youre not running the bus on its timetable, just advance time to 10pm and driver a route and itll work.

so even though it says the "out of hours" it will work when i do the route?

Yes, absolutely. Most of, if not all my quests are out of hours because Im just driving a bus on the route Ive created for the mission. If you want timetable routes, simply takeover a bus thats already running. Ill be doing that properly once main quest and ambient quests are done and I can immerse myself in the proper bus timetable mode.

Someone told me how to advance time and this is his reply !
Press TAB to go into route mode and select advance time at the bottom of screen.
It works.
