Transit Terminal needs an update

Can we please get an updated Transit Terminal, it makes no sense that we can only use 1 bay at each side, let us use all 4 on each side it would not onoy solve traffic jams from busses there but also makes it more real and more immersive.

Sadly, we had to make the decision to downgrade the terminal temporarily as it could induce major bugs and glitches which would destroy the experience. So currently, only the top layer of the terminal and its outer stops are usable to keep risks low.
Once we faced major bugs which are impacting your experiences, we will happily upgrade the terminal in future patches and further improve on the game as we value your feedback a lot.

Ohh so that was a Transit Terminal. When i saw it frist i just thougt it looked like a airport termianl or a stop outside a train station. But not a Transit Terminal i have never seen a Transit Terminal look like that,,,,,,,,,,

Have you tried right-clicking to change the stop?

Yup its in Bussim 21 a normal bus stop no longer a real bus station like it was in 18 where you had multiple stops at it

Keep in mind that the town from 18 is this games second map.

But yes, the functionality needs to be improved.... Greatly.

TBH I think you need to scratch it and start over because even if you fix the glitch and free up the other layers of the terminal it won't solve the bottleneck problem, buses need to be able to pass each other on leaving.

In the real world terminals are laid out precisely to let buses pass each other. So effectively this terminal has a bottleneck by design, as with all layers open there will be only 4 stops/buses max - and if a bus in front is waiting its time out, any buses behind it will be late. I think you let the artists get to wild with the visions and not enough thought to functionality.

I think this is true of the road layout as well. It feels like it was designed by people who don't drive. Or designed precisely for people who don't drive - like 5 year olds or something.

What the Transit Terminal needs is like was said in above posts, we need to be ablen to use all bus bays, we need to be able to have 2 busses behind each other both able to load and unload passengers but we also need to be ablen to pass the bus in front.

Example: I'm arriving at the bus terminal and I have to stop at bus bay 1 but there is already a bus, I can park behind it unload and load my passengers and after im done the other bus is still busy there so i need to be able to pull out and pass it instead of having to wait behind it. Just like real bus transit terminals work.

So i agree its definitele a design issue too, it could use a total redesign of the bus transit terminal that allows you to do as I said.

Which one are you talking about? I'm talking about the Seaside Valley Central Bus Station.
