Missing Rights

Trying to edit buses on routes and time travel and i keep getting a message saying i have missing rights and can't do it. how do I fix this?

In a multiplayer lobby, the host can grant rights to other players in the Company Settings. So if you are playing with friends, tell them you want the rights :-)

Ah, ok. Some predefined routes (Route 1, Route 2 and the first that you create in the tutorial) may stay locked for some time to avoid getting stuck in a mission. If you play further they should unlock. If you create new routes or want to adjust them, you should not be blocked by the game.

Nope that doesn't explain it either as I can't do it with any route.
Furthermore it's also the time jumping that it's not allowing me to do either.

I have also realised that my avatar has changed without me changing it and it also looks like i have a 0 rating now as well which it was up to 10 or more i think.

I wonder if its worth uninstalling and reinstalling?
But is there a way to save the game data again?

Having the same problem. The game asks me to create a route very early on; but Create a Route is locked with the tool tip "Can not Edit Routes"

I have just found in company settings my steam account is listed twice one with level 12 and one with level 0 and im logged in with level 0. How do i change it to the other one?

I have same problem too, I am now logget in that second which havent rights -_-. I dont know how did this happend. I just saw, that it want to accept terms again and want to edit character again. I didnt realesed, that it will create 2nd of me. :(
