Leveling up Districts?

Does anyone know how to raise district levels? I got a mission where I have to raise West Oakwood and Highlander Park to 2 but can't find how to do it.

Do I have to level up bus stops by driving them around?

Create a route with bus stops in the district you want / need to level up, drive the route a couple of times and a notification will appear saying you can level up the bus stop, then open your map and click that bus stop you are at and you can level it up there. hope this helps.

hi Nyanthuthu nearly all bus stops within the named district should have at least the level the distict should become.

you can raise the bus stop level by putting it into your routes and drive them personally.

every bus stop has a progress bar where you could see current progress.

you can see the bus stop progress bar below the lvl in the bus stop details by clicking on it in the map overview.

you can raise the level either in the map overview or within a notification.

Yes, but it is quick. Make a route with the bus stops that are underlevel, within one or two trips you level them. Be sure to put day/night depending of the majority of the stops.
