How can I get "Watcher" Achievement? I pressed the lower left button a number of times, but it seemed wrong.

I still haven't gotten the 'solved a few puzzles' ach and yet filled the progress bar - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1746159263 is something wrong with the achs? I got the congratulations screen but it went quickly and now there isn't a level number on the puzzle so I think I finished it? And I'm still missing the infamous puzzle, and finished game and watcher achs...

Does anybody know the location of the save files? Game doesnt have cloud so I need to back up my save before formatting.

I notice on the game's website that you can move around the background, but I can't figure out how to do that with mouse & keyboard - is it possible?

It seems that the panorama tutorial is missing from the game and that's what's needed to unlock the Watcher achievement.
