Xbox pass without desync error!

after few hours in mk11 xbox laucher in windows 11, the game runs well. The problem aparently is in steam version (w11 24h2)

The mk11 Log shows like this for desync:

Can we change some policy settings or security settings to get this through? Coz other steam games are just fine without any network/desync issues.
