I Can't Play With My Friend.

Whenever I try to play with my friend, both of our pings are 250, which is unusually high for us, we join the match and choose our chararcters, the selection screen is very laggy btw, we chose a map and then boom. Session is not available. We both tried verifying the game files, didnt work. We tried all the possible ways to join each other and it also didnt work, we played KotH and we both could play against others just fine but whenever we play against each other my friend gets disconnected. Does anyone have a fix please :D
