I can't level up or get any koins.

I got the game 2 days ago and, even though I've earned a lot of coins and XP from finishing the story mode and exploring the krypt I'm stuck at 500 koins and level 1. Please help.

can you open a support ticket with Warner brothers support , they are just not doing the work to fix this , we need someone to report this issue multiple times , i have reported it twice , no proper response from WB support , bunch of really irresponsible people

Where do I go to report? I have the same issue, as well as not receiving the bonus currency for buying the bundle. I just want to do some character towers but cannot get any currency.

I have the same problem and I couldn't find a solution.

Whenever the game says I'm "offline", I usually just quit the game and restart it through the "Play Now" button on Steam (as opposed to through a desktop link, which is how I usually start up the game).

Works pretty much every time.
