I can't level up or get any koins.

I got the game 2 days ago and, even though I've earned a lot of coins and XP from finishing the story mode and exploring the krypt I'm stuck at 500 koins and level 1. Please help.

I don't exactly know why,maybe account issue, but i think you should contact WB Support cause you will get a slow answer from here.

i have the same problem. works fine for my friend but i cant find anything anywhere for this. Makes the game really frustrating and The Krypt pointless

Is anything causing the game to think you're playing offline? I had a notification that I was receiving rewards for matches I completed while offline, then it gave a me a small chunk of coins and some cosmetics/gear.
Its possible the game thinks youre offline so it is hiding your rewards in reserve until it can connect and verify with the MK servers.

Just spitballing.

Same here, WB support told they are working on it. Going to wait for a few more days, if not resolved, i'm going to ask for refund

I faced the same problem when I was logging in without a VPN , or I used Tunnel Plus vpn instead of Cisco connection .
when it's like that game says I am connected to the mk11 servers but it just allowed me to log in and can't really do anything else
Even when I do the dailies I couldn't claim the rewards , krypt works as you mentioned and etc
I know my own ISP sucks and there are regional problems on my internet and I have to use a VPN for most games
I am not sure if it's the same for you guys but Using a VPN with Cisco Connection service helps me out to work around this problems .

might be slow but not dead. even after mk1 comes out there will be players. you must be new to this.

have you got any solution, I have same issue contacted WB support but getting no help at all, how does WB run the support business like this , this is sooo annoying
