Fuujin Howling Winds Tutorial - Bugged ???

I've done exactly as preview showed me, same hit same damage same animation and position everything and it still won't let me clear it?

His tutorial isn't bugged at all you're just not timing it correctly , or you are mashing buttons instead of having proper execution. None of the tutorials are bugged .

I just did it 20 seconds ago in the tutorial howling winds is extremely easy to do. Just don't pause . You can't press the buttons slow . You can use medium speed and make sure you don't mash. If you need to cancel into a special move its a sound cue after the 3rd hit sound ON YOUR OPPONENT NOT FUJIN'S SWORD ! Do that and you can use howling winds easily. You have to be precise with fujin. Also in the new MK1 you have to be precise as well. Mashing in MK11 was a mistake that has been corrected. You have to be really precise in fighting games. Hope this helps .

Side note - mortal kombat uses a dial in combo system so you don't press buttons exactly ... you dial it in and watch them fight . You have to dial in combos like a phone number .

After a billionth time of failing this tutorial it should have been obvious that anyone would've stopped mashing. I followed the preview timing precisely getting the same result as demo (4 HIT 128.44 DMG with full combo circle complete icon) and everything as I told you yet it won't register a clear.

Edited : Yup, tried 1000th more times. Still won't give a clear even though I was clearly performing Howling Winds at same speed. I'm gonna stop because I suspect any more of this ballocks would result in my joypad breaking. Watched youtube and it confirmed that I was doing everything correctly. How could you suggest this is "me" problem when I've done everything by the fine print? This is pure ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

One minor thing !
Some of the tutorials might have been outdated since every character have gotten multiple rebalance updates , check the frame data to see if they're still relevant

If everyone else including me on PC can do it with no issue but YOU are having a problem then its on you. People don't like to take accountability for when they make mistakes. I just told you i did the tutorial . Now ... if you'd like I can add you on discord and screen share in game as i do the howling winds in less than 5 seconds to show you that nothing is bugged . It's an issue you personally are having . Nothing is bugged about howling winds .

wow he blocked me ..... oh well can't help them all . He literally thinks the move is busted in the tutorial even though he admitted he watched tutorials of people doing it. It clearly works but OP feels he knows more than us so hey... what can you do ? Oh well can't help everybody only those who are willing to receive it.

bro he's talking about fujin's B11212 string that every fujin uses ... he things that string doesn't work. I went to the fujin tutorial and did it with no issue. I've played every single day since release .... nothing has changed about howling winds since the day aftermath dropped. Fujin wasn't even originally in the game he came may 26th 2020 when DLC Aftermatch got sprung on everyone.

Funjin's default string of howling winds has not changed not one time. It's the same OP just can't get the move out because he's doing it wrong . He's in the tutorial mode stuck because he's doing the input wrong.

What are you talking about ? Grateful for what? For telling other people he could do it no problem ezpz it's all other's fault even though it's clear right there on the screen they've done the combo correctly? I'm not one to appreciate worthless boasting, thank you. Not to mention this user is a stubborn troll who tried to add me and nudged me with multiple alts on both steam and youtube even though I've already made it clear he isn't being helpful and I'm ignoring him. This guy really needs help if he doesn't know when to quit after the other party made it clear they don't want anything to do with him, instead he went full "you shan't reject me" mode. It's creepy as hell.

By the way the sentiment that this doesn't work isn't just "me" problem. After I've become so frustrated that I started looking for solutions online it's obvious others have found it buggy as well. Some just got luckier than others and weren't glitched out on their copies it seems.

At this point I've already completed all character tutorials except this one, I guess I'll just chalk it up to my own loss for thinking AAA fighter of 3 year old comes bug-free and move on.

It’s extremely sad and unfortunate how OP just refuses to understand. I made 3 videos that clearly showed you can do it on both keyboard and controller . Explained everything and after all that ... OP said I’m a troll .

2024 and it’s still definitely bugged. Multiple posts of people doing the exact input and getting the kombo to trigger but it doesn’t count it. You’re just an ass.

I got credit when Fujin launched. Just tried it again and it gave me credit again. If it's bugged, it's definitely not universal.
