Unlocking everything without grind possible?

I'm really kinda done with all this grind to unlock all the cosmetic stuff that takes literal years(!) of constant playing in order to unlock everything. Not even including the time you have to play and plan around towers.

Will there ever be a DLC to unlock ALL the cosmetics at once? Or is there ANY other (preferably legit) way of unlocking everything? Or are unlockers and consoles my only hope?

I really love the game but this grind is just terrible and exhausting. I just want to design my character's the way I want with all the cool options :(

In 2019-2020 there were an unlocker, but idk for today, try to search for MK11 unlocker or smth like that
