Unable to sign into MK11 servers

No matter what I try I am unable to login to MK11, I've seen suggestions such as logging out and signing in to the associated service, deleting MK11's folder in %localappdata%, allowing MK11 through the Firewall(it was already allowed through), reinstalling the OS(not viable). I believe this issue may be due to the fact that I have prior played MK11 online through Steam Family Share and now am having some sort of issue with cross cert between the account info when I was playing through Family Share and since have purchased the game.

Thus far. I have also tried to allow MK11 through all of it's steam ports, winsock sh reset, deleting local appdata for MK11, and even using an alternate firewall used on a 2nd machine that does not have the server connection issue. I have also tried creating a firewall exception for PSO consolidator, which does not seem to have resolved the issue.

I have since got it necessary. "I was able to get it to work by signing into a WB games account on my browser, when I tried it from the steam browser after resetting my WB games password I was told my display name was not allowed even though its an email login to an account with a default ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ username lmao?"

"To get it working on a family shared account I had to make another WB games account, login to that, login to it on steam overlay, and then access the towers of time to finish getting everything to load. This is the worst game login I have experienced because I just had to GUESS"

Edit: This game should have a warning that it requires a 3rd party service, the WB games account to work. It may not strictly be necessary, but if the account creation/login was initiated by steam less people would have issues and troubleshooting this issue would be obvious!
