As for Scorpion specifically, you're insisting his teleport is OP and requires no skill. So Scorpions can just throw that teleport out freely with no thought and it works with no "price" involved. Is that what you're saying, despite Scorpion being guaranteed to eat a full combo punish if the teleport is ducked or blocked?
EDIT: to make this less confrontational since you're clearly just looking to vent, I'll offer this tidbit of info. Aside from his REALLY bad fireball toss custom move, Scorpion has no ability to threaten his opponent at a long distance despite having a teleport. This means the instant you get a life lead, you can simply wait him out and force him to take risks such as teleporting. He has no long range threat when you have a life lead because his spear is a High as is his teleport. You can simply sit full screen ducking and wait him out. Like I keep mentioning, his ability to teleport forces different matchup dynamics and waiting him out is a perfect example of one. Just as Scorpion thrives off punishing impatient players, he gets thrashed pretty efficiently by patience. We're just going to have to agree to disagree on his teleport as you see it as this horrendously designed OP mechanic while I just see a suicidal movement attack that's pretty easy to work around and bait the instant you have a lead. If this were still patch 1 of the game where it was a Mid, I'd 100% agree with you; but with it long since being nerfed to be a High, I just can't see what has you so mad at it.
I sometimes ask myself whether these devs knew what they are doing there every time... ;-P And the ping-rates I often have to see also a bad joke for multiplayer and such a game where fast (re)actions and combos count...
