Hey there! Yeah, I don't want to. lol
We probably wouldn't have MK11 now if MK1 didn't have fatalities. That is what made the franchise famous.
Well "fun" is subjective. For some people fatalities are the fun part too. For example I love to watch the intros before each fight but other people consider them as waste of time how you consider fatalities a waste of time.
Well Ranked is still part of Mortal Kombat. So Ranked without fatalities would be Mortal Kombat without fatalities, because you are playing Mortal Kombat but can't do fatalities.
The only Mortal Kombat player on PC who understands anything. I love fatalities, but they're obnoxious on ranked. Just give me the setting to disable them when someone gets matched against me. Just d1 and leave me alone
Well, in your opinion, sure.
If you really love fatalities then I'm sure you can tolerate them in ranked too. If not then maybe you don't truely love them.
A fatality is the other player's reward for beating you. He / She gets to kill your character. It would be meaningless if you could just skip or fast forward them.
Well it may make a lot of sense for you, but not for a lot of other people. Just because it makes sense for your brain that doesn't mean that it is the correct way of looking at things.
You also ignored what I just said so nice hypocrisy there. Just because the Points are the reward for YOU in YOUR opinion, that doesn't mean fatalities cannot be the reward for the other player's victory.
Also, just because you don't agree with something that doesn't mean I'm shill-posting. People who jump into such extreme conclusions usually do it because they can't make a real arguement, so instead they go and make senseless accusations.
Most MK players are casuals anyway and disagree. Everyone playing strictly competitive says the same. Sure, they like to see some fatalities every once in a while (I do too), or do one to teabag someone after they have been disrespectful. But seeing it EVERY set... no thanks
