Is there a way to turn off blood/gore settings?

I'm asking just because I'm watching the official Playstation twitch channel streaming the game now and noticed it has literally no blood effects and, whenever I googled for this, everyone and their mothers seem to be saying that there is no way to turn off blood effects in the game.

So how did Playstation do it?

I mean Cetrion's skin was like green for a while there but I don't think so, there just is no liquid squirting out of the characters upon hits at all, not that it is there and was recolored.

I don't think so, at least anything official. Probably some custom mod turning exploding corpses into confetti idk

But seriously, i would rather go for a different game

Yes and you can choose not to perform fatalities.
Avoiding brutalities is harder, but try not to hold a button during last hit.

If I didn't like gore it would also depend on if I love the characters.
