I cannot open MK11

Hello,
So yesterday I installed MK11 premium edition and I cannot even launch it. I verified my files, I edited the config for rgb peripherals(switching them off) , I made an exception for Bitdefender but nothing changed... Is it the latest update issue ?

SPECS:
RTX 2060
i7 7740x
16gb ram

when i was looking for solution of crashes i saw someone had similar problem to you

tried that?

I deleted this folder because I saw on troubleshoot page of MK11 and I tried to launch it but the folder wasn't created

this game has so many compatibility problems, for me it crashes often when in transition from one screen to another for example new enemy in tower or leaving training to menu. windows updated, drivers updated checked files integrity, not going to redownload 100gb since it wont change anything anyway probably.

I know.. I sent a message at the developers to help me with this issue.. I will send the fix

So I search little bit alone. And I found something. I went to Steam\steamapps\common\Mortal Kombat 11\Binaries\Retail and I ran MK11.exe and it popped up a message "mfplat.dll is not found " so I searched it ( https://www.dll-files.com/download/e3bf6cde2dde478e88667f1c9f33dbbc/mfplat.dll.html?c=SzI0T3REMS9GS0wvVE12OU9XQjJjQT09 ) I extract it to this retail folder and it showed me the classic warnings for the computer games and then crashed. I think the problem now is the Windows Media Feature Pack. I will try it and I will update this forum.

i tried everything people were saying to fix my tower crash problem even installing old drivers but nothing helped.
