cant connect to mortal kombat 11 servers!!

hi
i reinstall my windows recently and all my windows files deleted
before reinstalling windows i had no issue with servers(sometimes might disconnected with no reason and jumped out the online contents but it wasn't big deal) but after installing windows i cannot connect to mk11 servers at all!
it seems that connecting to mk11 servers is common problem for most player regardless which platform they use!
is there any fix for this issue??

Try disabling all firewalls everywhere to see if it works. Even when you do towers of time 1 player the progress is saved online.

I already tried this but nothing changed!
I also disabled cloud sync and deleted all my previous save data... But nothing!!!

I have the exact same problem:

I formatted my computer three days ago, reinstalled windows, downloaded the game and i can't connect to the servers. The game data updates, i have all my inventory and variations, but no shop, towers, krypt or online matches.

after more than a week i still couldn't find a solution for this problem!!
i think everthing is on NetherRealm Studios now couse there is no issue with my pc and my other games at all

That was a huge issue when Aftermath edition launched. Most people somehow fixed installing new graphics drivers or geforce experience. AMD card users didn't find the fix though.

I think GEOFORCE EXPERIENCE have nothing to do with it because beforce reinstalling my windows it was installed and game run smoothly without any problem
But I'll look into it see if its works!!

I tried some of the fixes i read about (like opening ports or uninstalling geforce experience) and nothing worked, so i ended up uninstalling the game.

But for some reason, i installed it again today and now it works, so check it out. Maybe it has something to do with the latest patch.

I have the same issue.

Same issue. When I played the game around februari I had no issues with the servers at all.
Now I can't finished towers because of crappy servers -_-'

I got online working again.
Try deleting this folder: C:\Users\yourUsername\AppData\Local\MK11
Then accept the popup to run the benchmark.

Im having the exact same problem .
after reinstall connection is lost.never had such a problem
tried everything and even contacting WB games/Steamsupport , Wb games solutions didnt work / Steam didnt provide any solution .
