Played ~10 ranked matches today, and only like 3 people weren't going for Sub or Scorp...
Since you have to ask, you are probably one of them.
You must be at least 12...

Neither Scorpion or Sub-Zero is broken, if you think so then you have no idea about the match ups and you're to lazy to lab it and learn it istead of crying about it. Almost nobody even plays Scorpion on higher ranks coz again he isn't that good, the only thing he can force you to do is play slowly and you really should avoid whiffing.
Sub-Zero can be harder (online only), coz it's very hard to react and block his OH (16 frames or so) but still this isn't the end of the world. You can get around it.
On higher ranks (Demo God/God/Elder God) you barely see any Scorpion (almost none) or Sub-Zero (few) players. There are several better characters overal.
You can count whatever frames you want, but with such ♥♥♥♥ input lag most of the time, you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥... Even landing a flawless block online seems like a little miracle.
Also match-ups? LOL, give me a break. The hidden cursor isn't there just for lulz...
There is no input lag unless you're playing on PC which cant maintain constant 60 fps then you will get skipped frames. This is rollback based netcode, a side from built in 3-4 frames of delays there is no other input delay. Game just gonna rollback any delay. The only problem is Wifi where constant jumps of latency can really destroy the pace of the game. Wifi was always a problem, that's a common knowledge. You can ALWAYS decline anybody who has bad benchmark score.
Match ups is the first and most obvious things you should know - what good of is a hidden cursor if you know the match ups? No matter who he choses (especially if you talk about 2 characters), you know the match up. You're ready.
The fact you even say something like this combined with what you said earlier just makes me think you're not a high level MK 11 player and it's not the Scorpion or Sub-Zero character that are killing you; it's your lack of knowledge (match ups) and practice (labing the strings, moves that get you killed).
And almost nobody uses hidden cursor on higher ranks again, everybody asumes that everybody are pretty fimilar with every match up at this point / level.
Anyway that's going off the point. The point was and is neither Scorpion nor Sub-Zero is broken and that's true.

Don't know what "dreamy" region you must be playing in, but i'd love to see you playing against some russians with lag switches to wake you up...
By bad i mean red, im pretty sure you never have to accept those and i said quite clearly that WiFi is almost always a problem, it is what it is.
You're just making excuses as you go a long, everything i wrote is right. You just want to blame everything else but your lack of knowledge (match ups). On top of avoiding the simple fact - neither Scorpion or Sub-Zero is broken which was your main complaint.
I do sometimes get russian lag switcher players in ranked but i dont even think its in like 1 in 10 games. Same with Wifi i doubt on avarage its more then like 2 out of 10 games which are vs wifi players (and not all of wifi games are bad to be fair). Again on Gods rank. So not really a problem. As for region - im EU so i do get matched with russian sometimes but again it's pretty rare.
