on controller is LT (change position) + multiples time DOWN so try your change position button and down button its maybe gonna work i dont know

Hold your stance button, do *DOWN* motion a couple of times, then release the stance button.

Hold Switch Stance and press down 3 times. You need to stand pretty far from opponent for it to come out.

I'm always annoyed when I try to find a motion and the info I find just assumes that I use Xbox controller. Just name the function of button instead of saying what button it is. -_-

It works on keyboard by hold switch stance, press down atleast 3 times, release switch stance.
