MK 11 - Fujin and Jaxs
In the aftermath story, when Fujin and Jax talks. After Fujin defeats Jaxs and tells him about Jacqui. Telling him "is it a joy to have a child, well I can't have one"

I've been curious, why can't Fujin and Raiden have children?

Probably cause they are demigods, and whatever that entails in the MK universe - it probably means they can never conceive children. According to one Injustice 2 dialogue, Raiden doesn't even have a sex drive (or any kind of mortal temptation), when Ivy tries to seduce him.

But since they (Fujin and Raiden) are brothers, I am still wondering who their parents are, lol.

That's true, since they're brothers, who are the parents? Because i don't want to believe that their existence was literally sculpted by people making a model. Or them starting as a mere form of dna that later evolved within a million years.

If I was to hazard a guess... some of the Elder Gods, probably.

probably, this also makes me think that Kratos himself is a demigod, yet he had 2 children. But then again he is from another universe.
