That's a cheap move and Biohazard almost won the kasual tournament because of that.
What is more cheap, is that it takes only 1 SLOT, and it consumes 1 ofensive-defensive bar, so it can be done 2-3 times during each round.
Biohazard's kustome was with 'terminate', 'albi back breaker' and 'running man'...can't be more broken.

Speaking of moves that cost 1 bar, Noob Saibot moves should cost a bit more than 1 slot.
