Stage Fatalities Not Working?

Has anybody gotten a stage fatal to work yet? I've tried with four different characters on four different stages and neither the input nor easy fatal tokens work.

Did the dead pool one using an easy token and it worked just fine, haven't tried any others though

It works but not at all arenas.

There are only 3 stage fatalities, you have to perform them in the right stages:

I'm a bit disappointed because i expected to see much more of them.

I cant get it to work with Kano. The double up and A, but I got it to work with shao kahn.

what usually helps is doing the double up and A while switching stances
