Missing DLCs from Premium Edition?

I'm not overly mad or anything, but shouldn't Premium Edition include everything? I was under the impression that it does. I bought it and three DLCs are missing....

The fact that it's missing Frost, I can deal with that since that's unlockable character.

The fact that it is missing Masquerade Skin Pack, I mean ok, I'd probably never use it anyway, no big loss there. Still it'd be nice to own it though.

What kinda grinds my gears is that it's missing Shao Kahn, which - to my knowledge - isn't unlockable by progress in story or any other way. Shouldn't he be included in the Kombat Pack? I mean I'm still gonna live, I'm not outraged but slightly disappointed. Premium costs a whopping 30€ more than the base version and I think it should include everything. Maybe it's just me.

(still, I've seen worse practices... I vaguely remember I think it was Borderlands (but I might be wrong) Season Pass which unlocked only like half of the DLCs so... this is only a minor complaint)

Frost technically shouldn't be DLC at all since that character is unlockable in game. It's kinda scummy they tried to catch people out with that at release.

Masquerade Skin Pack doesn't seem like it was intended for the Season Pass. Though it would've been a nice gesture...

Shao Khan was a pre-order bonus, so that's why he's not in Premium Edition/Season Pass. It's another scummy move...

I mean, the Season Pass is overpriced anyway

Yeah I know it's on the store page, that's why I cannot be mad even if I wanted to (maybe only for the Masquerade pack, just purely out of principle)

But oh, Shao Kahn was a pre-order bonus? Wasn't aware of that. Thanks for the info. In that case I don't think he should be included in the Premium Edition, but on the other hand, now I don't think it's right that he can be separately purchased at all in the first place.

Yup. I have every bit of DLC available, aside from Pre order Bonus Khan.
Its a shame Id buy him just to have no greyed out boxes.
Hes been locked to £5 for ages tho. As soon as he goes on sale im finna snag him and complete the set.

Same here, I got the game a few weeks ago and I plan to buy Shao Kahn for the same reason as you once DLC is on sale ( he seems to be as slow as Kotal Kahn so I won't be using him much but missing out a single character in the roster kinda annoys me hehe).

Season Pass that was included in the Premium Edition
does not cover:

- 2 Halloween DLC (Halloween Event Only)
- Shao Kahn DLC (Pre-Order Exclusive) (Probably Sell-able As Separate Now)
- Frost DLC (Paid For Early Access Or Unlocked Later In Story Mode)
- Johnny Cage DLC (Ninja Mime Skins)

Mortal Kombat 11, is so far? Just 1 example of why people should not judge
Pre-Ordering Games just yet, because some Games do still abide by Pre-Order
Rules, & so far this Game has stuck by those Terms...

Also, am I correct that there are actually 2 Halloween DLC's for the Game?
Or is it just 1 Specific DLC?

Halloween DLC 1:

- Liu Kang = Skeleton / Mascarade Skin
- Jade = Witch Skins
- Kabal = Jason Vorhese Skin

Halloween DLC 2:

- Cetrion = Pharoh Mummy Skins
- Raiden = Dracula Vampire Skins
- Geras = Frankenstein Skins

all of the DLC included, you do realize? We got way more Content with
the Season Pass Included in the Premium Edition, then we were Originally
Expecting to get... You are aware of this, right?

7 Characters, 7 Skins, 6 Gear I think was, or was close to the Original
set of Items we were suppose to get with the Premium Edition...

We got those 7 Characters, right? But we got way more then 7 Skins, &
no idea what ever happened to the Gear we were promised, I guess
they came with the 7 Characters? I dunno... But while I was not pleased
with the over all usage of Black & White Characters, I was pretty pleased
with the Season Pass, I just wish it didn't take so long to get all the material
included in it... The timing of the Content release, was my most disappointing
part all along...

If I could have when it first Launched, I would have
Refunded the Game...

Plus if they never release a Final Full Edition of the Game,
then you miss out on a lot of Special Content waiting for it to release...

& you may also miss out on the whole Online Portion of the Game, too
Due to people already moving on to other Projects...

I don't think i'd wait for an Edition like that... The Online Portion would be
the biggest reason why, & the constant Grinding in at least the Krypt...

Not really misinformed by anyone, it was merely my assumptions, which is why I'm not mad since I really don't feel cheated or something nor do I have the right to be.
It is true that this Premium Edition feels pretty full (just not "completely" full). It's a way better situation than with MKX, where - and this is a different topic altoghether - PC players were kind of ignored, up to a point when the publisher decided to release content which "granted" the PC userbase pretty much everything important that the console players had long before.

the halloween pack was the 3 skin pack for lui kang jade and kabal and is not part of any version, it's a separate dlc for everyone

the "halloween dlc 2" is actually a horror themed pack and it's part of the kombat pack, they released those skins along with sindel and the klassic cassie skin for cassie cage

shao kahn was pre order bonus only and can now be purchased separately

frost as everyone knows can be unlocked by completing chapter 4 in story mode

johnny cage ninja mime skin is kinda confunsing to me, i was under the impresion that owning the kombat pack gave access to 19 skins (ninja mime + 4 with each dlc is a total of 25 skins so the clearly can't count right haha)

i'm not sure if he was another pre order bonus, since i've got him from day one (actually a bit later because the f***ed up the release and he wasn't available at release) i can't confirm wich are the requirements for unlock him
