Is it possible to play with 1060 3GB on 1080x1920 with the highest settings without lag? What do u think?

You'll probably have to reduce texture detail or some such, depending on how much V-RAM the game uses for things like that. For example in GTA V, you can't have top quality textures with only 3 GB V-RAM.

I got 770gtx 2gb ram. Mk10 max graphics 60 fps. What i will be mk11?

That 2GB VRAM will limit the options you have in game. it will run, but you might have to turn a lot of settings down, in order not to exceed the 2GB Limit.

I can run maxed settings on a 780 ti it uses 3Vram I can have the scaling at 125-130 i get 59 fps 1080p

I would say don't pay too much attention to those since they often are misscalculated, get it on release, test for 2 hours and if it's not up your taste performance wise refund it. Simple, effective and without risk FeelsOkayMan

Fighting games are not demanding. Especially not memory and cpu wise. You will be fine.

The GTX 670 had 2g and ran at a slower speed. So you'll be good by just turning down some settings and not at 4k

The posted graphic card requirements from the store are the same as Injustice 2's was....so that can serve as a guide if one has it available.

I myself figure whatever card one has...MK11 will run similarly to I2.

You acctualy can go max textures on gta V with 2gb card no lág at all, going above the vram limit don't cause issue always as long as u don't do too much, and if u exaggerate on going above the vram limit the lag get very minimal if u page file/ram is fast too.
