I can't preorder the game in Ukraine.

I live in Ukraine. I was able to preorder the game. I planned to preorder it the next week but for some reason 2 days ago the game price was deleted so I can't preorder it.

Same here, but now i can't even see a mortal kombat 11 page and it tells me that this game is unavailable in my region

I have clicked Mortal Kombat 11 in my wish list and there was a message something like this: Sorry this product is not available in you region"
Is this a steam bug or what? I hope we will get some kind of answer from Steam support

Already did it yesterday. They will tell you that publisher/developer is responsible for region lock and not steam.

Here what steam support says (i've made a pre-order before mk11 was locked for Ukraine):
" I have reached out for more information from the Mortal Kombat 11 team, at this time they haven't gotten back to me yet.
Here are the hard facts I have about your situation. You have successfully completed your purchase for Mortal Kombat 11 and the license has been added to your account but it isn't available because it is still in a pre-order period.
At this time I am not able to say more, other then based on the information on the Steam Store it looks like the Developers or the Publishers have set Mortal Kombat 11 as not available in your region.
When the Mortal Kombat 11 team gets back to me I will update your ticket here with more information. "
