Could you please let players choose if they want to equip the women fighters with sexy attire or fully clothed attire?

The western game industry has become extremely prudish in the past five years and I dislike it.

id like to throw out there, im going to buy the game, but i would also pay $50 for a day one adult only dlc with fully nude women, maybe even more if i could model swap the dudes with naked chicks.

you dont even have to show those models to the other player in the match online. its literally money laying on the ground you can pick up right now. well, after like 2 days of work paying some intern to paint on nips

This is the safer corporate decision. The backlash they face for leaving them out is less harmful than the backlash if they put it in. I really wish there were unlockable skins with sexy designs.

There are some women in our world who embrace their sexuality. Isn't women's sexual liberation stated as one of the positive outcomes of feminism? I dont think we need to make all the women in the game sexy across the board. That would be objectification. But if the character has a personality which seems like they wouldnt be so damn modest, then why not give them an alternate skin where they can flaunt what their momma gave them? Or in Mileena's case, what the flesh pits gave her. Do you really think the part demon (tarkatans have demon in them) assassin / daughter of the evil emperor warlord would be modest and reserved? If you were stupid enough to stare at Mileena's fleshy bits she would stab her sai through your face.

I wouldnt pay for a DLC for sexy adult themed skins for the sake of having sexiness. Sexiness across the board is objectification. I want some characters to be sexualised and others not to be, based on if that characters personality would flaunt their sexuality.

Right? It seems like at this point, a DLC for skins would just be a way to exploit the frustrations of people who didnt like the original choice. If they were ever to release that type of DLC, youre really just making yourself into a sucker by paying for it.

That is the correct opinion. It's the difference between characters like sonya and mileena, or morrigan and chun li.

Mortal kombat is fantasy, if we made it ultra realistic everyone would just be wearing kevlar bodysuits. Part of the fun is the ultra-violence to these cartoon stereotypes of a ninja, god, assassin, femme fatale, and etc,
