Get an ssd. Your gpu is not responsible for the loading times. your hard drive is.

I got a small samsung Solid state drive, Good load times here. Rematching is almost instant, few secs.

Getting an ssd isn't an option for me. I tried cleaning up my disk space and defragmenting it only helped a little bit but load times are still almost a minute long

Ram and cpu does affect load times, specially if you have an old hdd, the main reason behind the issue is in fact the hdd but it creates more load on everything, depending on the rpm, space left and how old it is, it will make your entire pc slower when it comes to load times, not only in games

I have the game installed on a hdd and it doesn't take more than 5 seconds to load a match

How old is your hdd? Hoe much space do you have left? Do you know the hdd specs? Like rpm for example? You might wanna change or add a new drive

Hdd with 7200 rpm is fine for this game and they are not expensive

You might wanna check your task manager also

Sometimes windows has software running on the background like prefetch or superfecth, windows update, svhost, etc
That could reach 100% disk ussage at all times

If you encounter one of those eating you hdd google how to counter it to prevent that heavy load

It will make a difference after all, but if your hdd is to old i'll recommend getting a new one, it doesn't have to be an ssd if you are short on money but make sure that you buy an hdd with high rpm

At one time I moved this game to three SSD on raid 0 stripe. The single player load time was something like 1 second. Krypt was like 2-3 seconds. Multiplayer won't change much.

Is a good idea to put ssd on raid? How much noticeable is the difference?

A friend of mine asked me about it a while ago and i had no clue but i told to him that it was kinda pointless imo

Do you recommend it?

I have it on an msi Apache pro, it's about a 4 year old laptop with 550gb left.

I also checked the task manager and there's no other programs running that take up the CPU that much
