Kombat League is disgusting

Kasual and ranked are ironically both usually pretty free of any bs but kombat league is on a whole new level of people spamming and using nothing but the scummiest garbage I've seen. The reasoning behind the few I've added to see what the logic behind trying so hard is even more pathetic.

You get some skins. Stop playing like scumbags because you'd rather be a ♥♥♥♥ and get skins for free than use your mom's credit card for better skins that only cost $5. Jesus.

Basically. Console games sadly last way longer than PC when it comes to fighting games. I think because we have so many more

Not true at all. Xbox 1 came out and I was still able to find games on the 360 for a very very long time. Don't forget backwards compatibility is a must in the 21st century

Hmmm no. Users will continue to pay $9.99 a month to playstation online. Sony is not going to split the money to support both platforms 50/50 for the next 10 years. One is going to be crappy. Thats ps4. So not only is ps4 a rental, but they lie to you about it running the same after ps5 comes out.

Last time i checked even nintendo still supports online with a wiiu a system that bombed..... so idon't see why the ps4 won't contuine to get support for years to come

Try playing MK armageddon online on console now. I am talking mortal kombat games only. Look at MKX and MK9 how steady the online numbers look on PC steam chart. MK11 will be the same.

You do understand that fighting games of all genres usually stress sportsmanship more than any other, right? It's Kombat League. Not ranked.

I alway felt like it's very simmilar to ranked, you even have rank there if you can call it that.

Kombat League is awesome. This Kombat League format is needed in every serious fighting game and many, many fans asked that.
MK9 and MKX ranked matches was joke with no rewards or ranked system. Just casual matches telling you was ranked.
The real problem is these days people don't know to lose. Can't deal with any competitive enviroment.

MKX has 600 people online with a 440 player avg. That's not a good playerbase.

It's more a complaint at people playing exploitative and toxic playstyles to win. Something significantly more rare in room lobbies / kasual / even ranked matchmaking. Kombat League isn't ranked; it's between kasual and ranked. There's no reason for the environment to be as toxic and unenjoyable as it is.

There's nothing fun about playing a match as someone I'm trying to have fun with, getting teabagged for losing after having someone spam the same moves, switching to my main, and very slowly pummeling them to oblivion in between projectiles. Did I win? Sure. Was it fun? No. I just want a good fight.

just adapt , learn block patterns and get past GM it aint that hard honest it's supposed to be a challenge since its the ranked mode

Yeah, challenge and cheesy is not the same, i don't mind skill challenge but guessing wrong is not a skill. Dude i can flawless victory them but it gets boring real quick and soon you are disgusted by them to a point i don't even want to play anymore. The higher i go the cheaper it gets, it don't get better. I think the only solution is to make a report system where people could get ban if they do cheesy moves only. And characters that have cheesy mechanics like scorpion and noob, sub and sheeva all should not be allowed in rank. That way rank will be more of a skill based mode. I beat a sub after a sweaty match and this dude got mad and pick noob saibot like wtf it's clear that he is making a plan of cheesy mechanics, these types of people should be ban from rank or online let them play only in offline. Higher rank is no different they pick low tier characters and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ try hard and abuse frame data like down 1.
