Is Tremor canon now?
Or was he just added to MK10 as a guest due to popular demand?

I'm asking because in MK10 he wields elemental powers similar to Raiden yet he is described as a member of the Black Dragon which is a human crime syndicate.

Yes he is canon. he made an appearance on MKX comic to help Kano wipe out Shokan army so i guess he was canon on that regard

He is also former member of Lin Kuei if i'm not mistaken

Tremor is full fledged MK character. I just hope they will make him a little faster this time.
I get it that he is heavy theme and body wise but he felt helpless with his speed being that low.
