PS4 Key Symbols?

Where are they? I have XBOX layout....`?

Same here, it does not show the PS4 controller button prompts. In the settings it detects my controller as an Xbox One controller.

disable "ds4 configuration support" in big picture controller settings and use the ds4 like normal

if that doesn't work, it doesn't have ds4 buttons

mkx did IIRC, so I'd imagine mk11 does, but who knows

Thanks, this solves the issue.
It now says Dualshock 4 in the settings and shows the correct symbols.

It now says Dualshock 4 in the settings and shows the correct symbols.

the steam controller configuration allows the game to detect if it's a ds4 controller even when that option is on, but roughly zero games actually make use of it

versus when you turn it off, it's just using dinput and shows up as an og ds4 controller which a lot of recent games actually understand

edit: the best way to do it is just put a button toggle option in the menu (e.g. hyper light drifter), but most games don't do that either

There is no support for playstation prompts on PC with a controller connected. Only for xbox. Welcome to AAA gaming.

This does work to display PS inputs but for some reason the game stops reading inputs after a certain amount of time. Also holding inputs such as block you'll notice your char blocks and then reblocks so its not truely holding block at all times. Might just be because I'm on a Hitbox.

Oke this is weird why do i have to disable dualshock suppoprt in big picture there are games that require it to be enabled for ps4 button prompts so its pretty annoying having to disable it just for 1 game.

there aren't any games that require it to be enabled for ds4 prompts but there are games that require it to be enabled to detect the controller at all because they don't have dinput support
