if that doesn't work, it doesn't have ds4 buttons
mkx did IIRC, so I'd imagine mk11 does, but who knows
Thanks, this solves the issue.
It now says Dualshock 4 in the settings and shows the correct symbols.
versus when you turn it off, it's just using dinput and shows up as an og ds4 controller which a lot of recent games actually understand
edit: the best way to do it is just put a button toggle option in the menu (e.g. hyper light drifter), but most games don't do that either

there aren't any games that require it to be enabled for ds4 prompts but there are games that require it to be enabled to detect the controller at all because they don't have dinput support
