Characters make wrong moves
Often i can't make a particular combos, because some kind of mistake happens. For example as Cassie ← → 1 is a shot and ← → 4 is an up glow kick. When i do it separately it's okay. But when i try to make the basic combo → 4, 1 and then up glow kick ← → 4 she sometimes makes a shot and sometimes a glow kick. And many characters have the same problems.

Is it the bug which many people have or just my problems?

P.S.

I tried it many times in the training room where all pressed buttons are shown. Don't tell me i press the wrong buttons.

Disable release check in options and try again.

you have to turn off the option to do the special move on button release (negative edge) on the control settings.

it performs the special move by releasing the button, instead of having to press it again

It's negative edge. As others have mentioned, there's an option to turn it off.

Alternatively, negative edge means special moves trigger when you let go of a button. So when you do forward+4, 1, back-forward+4 ... you're actually doing forward 4, 1, back-forward+releasing 1, so you're getting the wrong move. Possible solutions: Either tap 1 faster and try to delay back-forward+4 as long as you can, or just hold 1 down until after the combo ends (ie, forward+4, 1(and hold it), back-forward+4, release 1.

well the thing is when i do for an example hit 1 then again 1 then my finger goes off away and im pressing back+forward and for some reasone its triggers anyway, doesnt matter if negative edge on\off
mostly happened during practice as kabal, and i gave up him because of this nonsence
