This all could have done decades ago.
Ask yourself why only 2 of them have crossplay (SFV and KI).

Rocket League was made with UE4, a game engine designed with crossplay in mind.
Even with that, the developers would never even pretend that it was easy to pull off.
Ask yourself why only 2 of them have crossplay (SFV and KI).
