Can't connect MK Mobile with MK11

I want to connect MK Mobile with MK11 to get Kronika as the announcer, but MK Mobile tells me that it's already connected to a console version of MK11.
I already tried turning my phone off and on and reinstalling the app. Both didn't fix the problem.
Can anyone help me?

I actually just solved it, you should enter the notification menu under the kombat card in mk11.

I still haven't found fix so I'm going more into detail:
I never connected MK Mobile to MK11, but when I click on "console link" it tells me that it's already connected, so it won't show the code that I need to connect it to MK11.

My bf is having the same problem. His mobile account says "linked to console" and in the settings>diagnostics, it says [Link Info] Console Linked: true but in the actual PC game, it isn't linked. He doesn't have it linked anywhere else.

Ok.. so his fix actually was pressing LT and going to the Kombat Kard and collect rewards..which is weird because it was saying it wasn't linked before.. might want to still check Turok!

Press L2 in menu screen if you using PS4 controller or LT if using Xbox controller.

So it’s not working? I tried to link and it fails every time. I tried to link via my iPad and says failed to link every single time. I tried different codes with the same failure :(.

I could link it first day, but as mobile app suck balls and didn't notify "hey you are connected now stay safe" i pressed "link to console" again, since then, i can't do it anymore. I uninstalled app 3 times, no luck.

I have Kronika's voice, thou. But can't get daily bonuses.

Even with the new update for both MK11 and MK Mobile it still doesn't work.
I hope it's fixed soon!

Same here, link to mobile failed, first time on release day of MK 11 I connected to mobile succesfully then I got only kronika on Steam

BUT NO DAILY BONUS although I play everyday on both (Steam and mobile)

I give multiple times the short code in MK 11 but it says error!!

@WB please fix it.
