How to fix customization crash

So, there is same questions about crashes in customization again and again. Try this - it worked for me and some people too

Find Usersettings.ini
Set RGBPeripherals to off and RGBKeyLighting to off.
Make sure to save the document afterwards.
Now try to start up MK11 and it most likely will have fixed this problem.

I just tried this not through the .ini but in options and it worked for me

worked for about 2 hours, not sure why but i am back to crashing. Feels pretty bad, I wonna get rid of this crap. This fix doesn't make any sense in the first place, nor how come they release the game in this state. Kustomization is completely busted for me now, can't change anything.

If they have a list for important stuff to fix, we have a winner.
This should be #1 - hell if they could only hotfix this asap....

Well i play from this morning without a single crash. Idk try to turn off rgb peripherials in game
On start the game crashed everytime i get into customisation

For those that want to try this, UserSettings.ini is located here:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\MK11

These are the same two RGB settings available within the options menu. If you've already managed to turn them off in the menu this likely won't be necessary.

Didn't work for me unfortunately, still getting random intermittent crashing in every mode.

To fix the Kustomization crashes, try the following: delete all folders inside the folder

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\MK11\ui_g_LoadoutCaptureImages

Then go back, right click on the ui_g_LoadoutCaptureImages folder, Properties, tick "Read Only". It won't save new loadout previews (which are the cause of the crashes), but the game should not crash anymore.

I can't verify this right now because I'm afraid to clock past 1.9 hours in the game and lose my refund gracing time.
