PC Update

We are currently working on resolving the issues that we've seen with the PC version of Mortal Kombat 11. If you haven't yet, please send a ticket to WB Support at https://support.wbgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with your DXDiag information. Below are iinstructions below on how to get that information to WB Support. If you need an immediate response from CS please respond to the auto-email that is sent once you send in a ticket. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

• Open the “Run” Dialogue prompt from the search bar
• In the field enter “DXDiag” and click “ok”
• When finished loading, select “Save All Information”
• Save your DXDiag as a text file with your gamertag/username as the file name
