Content validation error

I keep getting this error and it's preventing me from completing the game tutorial.
This is the error :

Content validation error
Game data is corrupt,please verify game instalation integrity.File:Asset\BGND_ShiRaiRyuFireGarden.xxx

I think It has something to do with one of the maps, But I have no idea what to do.any suggestions?(beside re downloading the whole game)

I get it too. Unplayable.

I just verified the integrity of the game files and it did say 1 file failed to validate and will be reaquired.

Same problem in the end of story mode.

I found the solution about 10 minutes after posting this, just go to steam > library > games , right click on Mortal kombat 11 , then click properties , go to local files tab , click on "verify integrity of game files". what it does is it goes through your game files and checks for missing or corrupt files and redownloads them after that the error should go away.
