is this a hack/cheat ?
there is a guy in koth that everytime i was about to beat i get the message the opponent has disconnected but then everyone els is gone and im alone in the lobby...

No, I believe its a problem with the connection.
Happens to me all the time when playing king of the hill.

Yep, its a connection problem and it's on your end, i haven't played koth since launch day in mk11 (and just for the achievment)
But it was a common thing in injustice 2 when it was my turn to play and the match had over 100 ping or wi fi players

If the problem is with the other player you'll be set as a the new king and will fight the next in line
