how do i get to that folder to delete it? I guess i cant play unless i do?

You have to make sure enable hidden files and folders is selected in your options.

You can also just type %APPDATA% in the search bar and it'll open it even if it's hidden.

That's because it's not %APPDATA%.
It's %LOCALAPPDATA%
Just press WIN+R and run it, or paste it into any address bar.

even in %LOCALAPPDATA%, theres nothing there
