The whole "rage quit" meme is probably perpetuated by the developers of the games: done as a tactic to distract from sub-par or boring gameplay -- the fundamental reasons people get bored or grow to dislike playing a given game.
Think of it as kind of like the ridiculous "piracy is stealing from developers" meme: If you say it enough, a large portion of the non-critically-thinking public will believe it (see historical precedent: religion).
I mean, if you play a fighting game, you're supposed to stick around for the loss and not RQ. There is no excuse. If you're gonna RQ cause of the fatality or w/e, don't play online. Super simple.
I saw it myself very early and figured the desync stuff was related to DC/RQ based on what I was seeing long before people started talking about a connection between the two. The game has bad recovery in these cases. Dunno if it's a PC thing or what.
Fatalities could be much shorter for multiplayer. Everyone's second Fatality should be super ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ quick and people should be able to filter lobbies or matchmaking for fast fatalities.
Character distribution has nothing to do with RQ. It's funny anyway cause the guys doing RQ probably are the guys sitting on Scorpion/Noob meta.
it seems its due to the RGB ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ from your options try to disable that
