Link to Mobile Failed

Is there some steps that I have to follow other than entering the mobile code on the game? Mine says it failed to connect to mobile every time.

Same issue for me. I logged out of my WBPlay account on MK X, still didn't resolve the issue.

Yeah, bumping this topic. "Failed to link to mobile, please try again later" is all I ever get. Logging in or not to WBID made no difference. Seeing reports of this all over the place. Can we get a dev comment on this? Is it being worked on?

Support for the mobile game seems to be non-existent. All I've been able to find are some people that managed to link on day 1 to get the announcer but then the daily bonus that the mobile players were supposed to get died the next day and hasn't been back or addressed since.

same problem, bump. Doing everything as its described, yet it fails to connect with my mobile. Devs should at least mention the problem ;/

I just bought the game and am having same problem. I recently uninstalled MKXL knowing I was gonna buy this. Not gonna re-download that to try this if it’s not working for ppl. Just gonna refund. Already wasted an hour trying to get my rewards. Shouldn’t have to go this any way. First steam game I’ve ever refunded in 10 years :/

You refunded a great game because you couldn't link it to some stupid mobile game? Jeez, sometimes I question the refund policies on Steam...

No, Because I can’t get any daily rewards in the game I bought FOR PC in a game that has been completely designed around a grind to gain said rewards. If it wasn’t something the game was actively trying to force us to engage with, I wouldn’t care. I bought this for PC. I don’t play mobile games and I resent even having to install the thing to get unlocks on PC. That don’t work.
