I think it will depend on the quality of the board. Set up keybindings that work for you.

So if you feel comfortable with a controller, stick to it. If keyboard's your thing, do that.
Edit: As for key layout suggestions, my personal setup is WASD for movement. Q for Throw. NumPad 4512 for 1234 attacks. Enter for block. Numpad 0 for interact/meterburn. Shift for stance switch.

But once you're used, the movements are much more precise than anything imho. You can't have wrong input unless you're pressed the wrong buttons / at wrong moments with your fingers
