Shao Kahn on top! He merged sooo many realms and if the elder gods hadn't intervened he would have done the same for earthrealm

Lui kang for obvious reason is at the top.

Shao Kahn. Even to what happend to him hes only been blinded by Kitanas recent attack. He'll probably never die. Followed by Cetrion and Raiden then Liu Kang. If you are talking Fire God Liu Kang than Liu Kang is on top.

Of all the fighting roster, I'd say Cetrion. She is a full-on god, unlike Raiden, and in both her fight in the story mode, she's holding back, with Jax and Jacqui managing to barely match her with the Soul Crown, and Fire God Liu Kan outright stating that she's not trying because she has no conviction.
