Who else thinks that fatalities in MK11 are lame in comparsion with 9 and X?

Isn't that like always the case? The first time you see them it is nice and that effect wears off pretty fast.

No I just think after a while you get used to them and they stop being impressive/gruesome no matter how much graphics improve.

I used to be so freaked out by fatalities. Now in MK11's grind fest I do 50 fatalities in a row without even batting an eye.

They're probably running out of ideas I bet. I mean theres 11 mortal kombats now (which doesn't even include the spin off games) Subzero fatality where he rips the spine from the front of you is pretty nice. The sound and breaking of each rib and bone has a crunchy sound which is pretty good. They have a lot of his fatalities with ripping peoples spines out from all the games but this one is still pretty cool. Kung lao is my favorite and even his fatalities are hard to make up by now. Theres only so many ways to cut someone up with his hat.

Idk about more gruesome but X had some lame one's too. MK11 is definitely more gruesome compared to X.
