How do you get the DLC skins listed below?

Anybody know? I had thought buying the premium edition was suppose to give me the DLC skins like those.

I think 1 of the Shop Scorpion Skins was Unlocked in Tower Of Time,
not entirely sure if that is the correct Skin, though...

I am also unsure if these Skins are required to be Bought in Shop,
though...

I thought the Shop told us that some of them might be found in
the Krypt...

I'm unable to Play due to an Update & some Space issues,
so i'm unable to look further into this myself...

Cangaceiro Kano - Pre-order the game in Brazil. Will probably be available for purchase later.

Gold Demon Scorpion - Purchase the Collector's Edition. Only available to consoles.

Kold War Skarlet - Pre-order the game in Russia. Will probably be available for purchase later.

Gold Demon Scorpion - Only available to consoles.

If that is not obtainable buy in Game already with a Premium
on PC, & isn't buy-able in the Shop...

It could be shown in Game as just a placeholder image...
since it is in the Game, just not the PC Release?

Or i'm just completely unsure at the moment, ~_~

Demon Scorpion - available only on Consoles, since it's exclusive to collectors edition of the game(which has Scorpion head statue)
Kold War - Available only in Russia by buying physical copy which has additional cd-key to activate the skin(not available on PC since there's no physical PC copies sold)
Cangaceiro Kano - Only in Brasil I guess

I confirm the Kold War skin is only available with the Russian (!) physical (!!) Premium Edition (!!!) on PS4 (!!!!) with no proper advertisement.

So on PC,

It's just shown in Game as just a placeholder image?

Cause i've seen these Skins in the PC Edition in the Shop,
but never actually tried to buy them, or thought much of it...

I think it's because there's might be an option saved for later to purchase it.

There's a mod that gives you them all for free so you could try that.
